Shipping Policy
Current delivery: May 2026 launch batch
For orders placed during the April 17 launch event and through the pre-order period, deliveries will be made by hand, directly to your address, in the first week of May 2026 once our launch batch arrives in Canada.
Delivery is free. You pay only when we drop off your cans.
Service area
Hand-delivered orders are currently fulfilled in Winnipeg and surrounding areas in Manitoba, Canada. If you placed an order and your address is outside this area, we will contact you before the delivery date to arrange an alternative — or, if we can't reach you, refund the order.
How it works
- You place a pre-order. No payment is collected.
- We confirm your order by email within one business day.
- When the launch batch arrives, we email and/or call you to schedule a delivery window.
- We hand-deliver your cans to the address on your order.
- You pay at the door — cash, e-transfer, or card.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available at the delivery address, we'll leave the cans in a safe, shaded location if you've given us permission to do so. Otherwise we'll reschedule. If we attempt delivery twice without reaching you, we'll email to arrange pickup or cancel the order at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit
In the rare case cans arrive damaged, leaking, or crushed, refuse the delivery or contact us at rtb.ca@outlook.com within 48 hours. We'll replace or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
After the launch batch
Once our online store goes live post-launch, shipping methods, rates, and delivery timelines for online orders will be added to this policy. Until then, everything above governs.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy as our operations grow. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be communicated via email to customers with active orders.
